RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective date: 25 May 2026

1. Right of Return

Wenmo offers customers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase — exceeding the 14-day minimum required by EU consumer protection law. The right of return applies to all Nintendo consoles and accessories that are unused and in their original condition with original packaging.

2. Conditions for Return

The product must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging with all parts included
  • Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation

3. Return Process

Please contact our customer service by email before sending the return. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

4. Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund covers the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.

5. Defective Products

If a product is defective or does not match its description, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement product at the customer's choice.

6. Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Digital products or downloadable content that has been opened
  • Hygiene products whose seal has been broken
